We offer two distinct levels of Vinyasa to accommodate your needs and goals:
Vinyasa level 1/2: An accessible yet engaging flow perfect for beginners and intermediate yogis alike. Classes provide modifications and variations, allowing you to comfortably explore foundational and intermediate postures. Expect a dynamic, mindful practice that gently pushes your boundaries while honoring your body’s unique rhythm.

Vinyasa Level 2/2: A fiery, energetic class designed for practitioners familiar with Vinyasa or those seeking more intensity. This class offers fewer modifications, instead inviting playful exploration into advanced poses, arm balances, and inversions. While perfection is never required, we do encourage basic familiarity with yoga postures to get the most from this powerful flow.
