LOUNGE

Our lounge offers a tranquil space to enjoy a post practice catch-up before heading back out to the world with a new spring in your step. We strive for KAÍLO to feel as warm and homey as possible - a space where you feel comfortable to hang out for as long as you like. Come by for a chat, grab a book or our available snacks and drinks or simply relax here before or after your class. KAÍLO is not only about the physical aspect of yoga, but about our community. We love a great talk and people hanging around the studio! Come as you are and immerse yourself into the space.

CHANGING ROOMS

At the moment our studio offers cozy changing rooms with full-length mirrors, seats and hangers for your convenience.

THE YOGA SHALA
(practice room)

We've poured a lot of love into our studio design, and are delighted to offer you a spacious practice room with cozy vibes, plants and plenty of natural light, creating a relaxed ambience to go deep in your practice.

We are not a "hot yoga" studio, but our studio is equipped with heaters and fresh circulating air to create a comfortable environment to practice in all year round.

MATS &
TOWELS

We are equipped with our own yoga mats, organic cotton bolsters, soft blankets, straps and natural cork blocks. We provide needed props for the yoga classes, but please bring your own mat and towels if needed. Otherwise you can rent it with us.

Rent a mat + mat towel: 30,-
You can store your own mat at our studio - see the details here..

SNACKS &
HYDRATION

We offer free filtered water, so please bring your own bottle or grab a cup from the kitchen as we've chosen not to sell water bottled in plastic. Lovely herbal tea is also available for all the yogis.

We are happy to serve you a little organic surprise after class to refuel after your practice. Maybe you grab it on the go, maybe you sit down in the lounge - either way, you can look forward to some fresh fruit, ginger shots, coconut water or other delicious snacks appropriate for the day and time.

LANGUAGE

Please note, you can e-mail us in danish or english.

We are an international studio & our classes are in english, unless stated otherwise.

We speak and understand danish when you phone or e-mail us, but our team is carefully selected based on their experience and skills - not on their country of origin - so you might meet a teacher behind the reception that only speaks english.
