We're so lucky to welcome Sudhir Rishi, deeply inspiring yoga teacher and ex-monk, who's visiting all the way from Goa, India. We've been following Sudhir's teachings, dedication and profound understanding of yoga philosophy for a while now, and so we can't wait to welcome him in Copenhagen for 2 special events. He became a monk to find the meaning and purpose of life and lived as a monk for 8 years, then married but continued his study and contemplation about life and death for another 11 years and started sharing his knowledge, contemplations and personal transformative experiences after 19 years of full-time yogic and spiritual pursuit.

With the help of ancient Pranayama practices we learn to bring awareness and energy together, where lies the key to relaxation and balance in life. Pranayama is a tool for empowerment, and all health benefits are only by-products, according to yogic philosophy. In this workshop Sudhir will give a lecture on the importance, and benefits, of proper breathing and ancient techniques of pranayama. You can expect longer well-guided practices to embody the tools taught by Sudhir, as well as time for Q&As.
