WHAT IS ACROYOGA?
Acroyoga combines yoga and acrobatics in a style of movement where two or more people are flying and basing each other in partner poses and flows. Acroyoga can be fun and creative. It challenges our strength, flexibility and balance.
WHO CAN JOIN
Everyone. You will be guided thoroughly through each pose, and with respect for each other. No special strength or flexibility required, all you need is curiosity and willingness to let go of all the self-control. You also don't need a partner - you can sign up alone - as you will be matched up in different pairs along the course.
TEACHER
Simon Christian Larsen will be teaching you. He has many years of experience teaching regular classes in acroyoga. Also, he teaches lindy hop swing dance, and he is a soon-to-be certified physiotherapist.
