MASTER CLASS
WITH YOSHIO HAMA
Yoshio’s classes are a mix of Dharma, Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga. The practices are open to all levels, some poses might be challenging but playful. Different variations of forwardfolds, balances, twists, backbends, inversions and hip openings are offered. The practices will include attempts of handstands, forearm balances, and headstands to get more confident in upside down poses throughout the unique and creative vinyasas. Props like walls, straps and blocks are used to support students according to their needs and conditions as presented in Iyengar Yoga.
Yoshio also offers techniques including chanting, pranayama, deep relaxation and meditation to embrace and unfold all eight-limbs of Hatha Raja Bhakti Yogic path and to lead students towards the goal of yoga (Unification & Self-Realization).
