During this session, Malika will guide you through a dream journey, which is a guided meditation, where you could meet and converse with your younger self. This work is deeply personal and can be very healing.
The shadow work element happens when you meet your younger self, getting the chance to tap into current emotions and belief-systems, that stem from the life of your younger self. During the journey you might receive the chance to face some of those belief-systems, and work on letting go of the ones that dont serve you anymore.
It is important to understand that you are held in a safe space, guided through the dream journey with attention and care. You will retain full control of your own actions and thoughts, and can choose to tap out of the session at any point.
The dream journey and shadow work is being supported by the plant medicine Theobroma Cacao, also called food of the Gods, a tool for working with your emotional landscape. It allows you access to the hidden layers of your subconscious mind, gently guiding you through an emotional release. At the beginning of the session we will hold a small cacao ceremony, tapping into the powerful gifts this plant medicine offers us. The practice will also contain time for reflection, journaling, and sharing.
