SOUNDBATH

As the daylight gracefully retreats and the sun descends behind the horizon we invite you to join us for a harmonious evening of winter dinner-Soirée and a spherical Soundbath. Soirée means gathering — and you can expect an evening with colorful, inspirational vegan food, served on a beautiful long table with picnic/floor style setting, stories shared across the table, dessert in the lounge and cherishing the moments with friends of the community.
The event is inspired by the serene energy of nature hence the culinary experience is cooked with the seasonal harvest of winter and your inner journey guided by the qualities of the magical Hemanta (Dew) and Sishiram (Winter). The onset of winter is accompanied by humid, cold weather, and brings with it a sense of dark, brooding, heaviness. We are happy to share with you our favorite healing remedies including indulging in a relaxing Soundbath, eating warm, well-cooked food tempered with gut-friendly spices and loads of laughs.
Your hosts of the evening will share their individual passions as our own teacher Lena (@lescha_4) will plan and cook your plant-based meal. Studio owner Cam (@cam.origin) will end the evening with a candlelit room and a goodnight-soundbath.
Please note: The Rocket yoga class @ 16.30-18.00 is a public offering and is optional to join. We are happy to offer non-members a discounted drop-in pass of DKK 100, so you can join the Rocket class as an extension of the dinner gathering.
