Kailo is turning 5 years
Come celebrate on 30 May

What started on a sunny July day in 2021 has grown into something truly special, and it’s time to celebrate. You’re invited to our birthday party on Saturday 30 May!

We've curated the day with many activities and special guests. Our bday morning classes are already on the schedule, these will be taught by studio owners Dom and Cam. Make sure to book well in advance to secure your spot - see the schedule here. 

From there, think open house for the rest of the day, come and go as you please, and stay for as long as it feels good. Everyone is welcome. The first 50 guests will receive a goodie bag with premium dates combined with iconic flavor experiences from True Date, plastic-free, vegan, and biodegradable chewing gum from True Co., fruit gums from Katjes, a special kailo discount and more.

From 14:00–17:00, DJ Rosy Cheeks will be bringing the party tunes as we transform the Shala into a dreamy dance floor. Sip on non-alcoholic drinks from Læsk Kombucha or enjoy a glass of wine from Art of the Refill, best paired with vegetarian salty snacks by our chef Rijk.

In-between dance sessions you can refresh with face-mist and hand sanitizers from the plant-derived Less is More, plant-derived products created for a delicate, eco-conscious sensory experience.

The studio will be filled with hidden gems to explore: a Red Light Therapy station by Helio for rest and restoration, a candle-lit pillow room with tarot readings by Wioletta from Third Place, stick-and-poke tattoos by Pokebowl, Swarovski tooth gems by Maja from Gemtingss, and more magical surprises throughout the day.

And don’t miss our cake cutting at 14:00, come celebrate with a slice of the deliciously extravagant birthday cake by Spolsky Studio.
