Do you want to get a free taste of our upcoming postnatal courses? This free session is a special exchange: You’ll receive insights, guidance, and very useful practice tools designed for postpartum, in return for allowing us to capture the energy and beauty of our community through photos and videos for our promotional material.
Giving birth marks the beginning of a deeply transformative and beautiful phase of life. As your body, hormones, and emotions readjust, you may notice new sensations and shifts within yourself. This one-time free event invites you to reconnect with your body, gently rebuild strength, have fun with your baby and meet other new mothers.
Through gentle strengthening, breathing, mindful movement, and releasing muscular tension, you’ll be guided in reconnecting with your female body, with special focus on the core, pelvic floor, and lower back. The session also includes elements that stimulate your baby’s senses. You’re warmly encouraged to bring your baby so we can include the little ones in the practice (and pictures) holding them during certain exercises or entertaining them through simple movements and postures. Pictures will be shared with the group for personal use as well - a great opportunity to get cute pictures with your baby too!
We take things calmly and without pressure. Babies may sleep, cry, or need feeding, and you’re always welcome to pause, breastfeed, or rest on our sofa in the spacious studio.
This event is designed with deep respect for your needs and your pace. We aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel at ease, connect with like-minded mothers, and enjoy gentle, safe movement with your newborn.
You are welcome exactly as you are, no expectations. Pyjamas are welcome, and we’ll be ready with a pot of tea, small snacks, and open arms.

who is welcome
Perhaps you are already familiar with yoga, or maybe you are a complete beginner. You are welcome no matter your experience with yoga. We adapt the practice to your needs, your postnatal body, and any challenges or changes you may be going through. Even if you already practice yoga, you will experience how everything can feel turned upside down after your body has gone through the transformation that motherhood brings. You are welcome to join when you feel ready after birth. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We’d love to help.
We only offer 12 spots - in order to keep it intimate & give the needed guidance to each individual.

Emma, Prenatal Teacher
Emma is a certified yoga teacher and is studying a bachelor’s degree in psychomotor therapy with specialty in pre and postnatal care. She is passionate about supporting mothers through the transformative journey of pregnancy and motherhood. She focuses on creating safe and nurturing spaces for you to connect with your body and strengthen the bond with your baby. With a background in yoga and psychomotor therapy she draws on yogic as well as somatic practises. Her classes combine gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help you find strength, calm, and confidence as you navigate this transformative time. She’s committed to supporting you every step of the way, fostering a sense of community and empowerment on your path to motherhood.
