COMMON POSES & BREATHWORK
This foundational course is for anyone looking for a truly accessible, in-depth introduction to yoga and for those seeking to fine tune the foundations of their practice - in a safe and fun environment. Our Sunday afternoons will consist of physical practices, breathing techniques, meditation and learning about the incredible body & mind connection.
Perhaps you have been put off by the speed and size of some of the group classes, perhaps you're unsure of the postures. Maybe you think that yoga is only for super flexible people - which is certainly not true! Yoga is for everyone willing to explore. The hardest part can sometimes be to simply begin, but there's no better time than now.
This course will equip you with the understanding of basic yoga postures and breathing practices with the focus on safe alignment rather than a “perfect looking” posture. Questions are strongly encouraged and each student can count on one-on-one contact with Dom throughout the course.
