Women's circle

As the New Moon, a celestial whisper, unveils the cosmos' secrets, we invite you to join our Women's Circle - a sacred space for everyone who identifies as a woman. A space to be listened to and listen — with the sky as our backdrop, let's share stories, dreams, hopes and wisdom, or perhaps discover some hidden truths. Collectively embracing the darkness of the winter and find solace by journeying inwards. In ceremonial circles, we connect with the natural world, with one another, and with our inner selves. Together we'll weave a tapestry of support and empowerment, & Lena will guide gentle rituals, meditation, and encourage heart-to-heart conversations to intertwine our souls.

It's a space to foster connections, find nourishment in our shared community, and truly embrace the beauty of sisterhood.

What to bring for the evening
• A wintery item for the shared altar (e.g. stone, leaf, flower, small fruit, or an item that has a special/spiritual meaning to you)
• Wear comfortable clothes that make you feel beautiful in who you are
• A notebook/journal and pen

Tea and little snacks are offered during the circle.

The practice of yoga allows me a space to be present with myself and find freedom in being. In a way, I began my yoga journey in the womb of my mother when she began hers. Spiritual teachings and those of yoga have always been around me, even when I didn't understand or appreciate it, like when my mum played mantras in the car or took me to a kundalini class as a kid. I had no idea that when I moved out of home, I would find my own way to connect to those teachings and its richness. And ultimately, return home through the practice.

It feels like a deep remembrance in my heart, of what is truth. Through my classes, I thrive to create a nurturing space for everyone, in which they feel safe to connect to themselves. A space that is welcoming to all and open for exploration and play - whether that is in movement, breath, stillness, sharings or food. As a yoga teacher and plant-based chef, I encourage the students to find more presence through their senses on and off the mat, and hopefully infuse their day with a taste of lightness and joy.
